Cancelling your subscription
Aktualisiert: 30. September 2026 · Lesezeit 1 Min.You cancel your Spitio subscription in Stripe's billing portal. Stripe is Spitio's payment provider, and there is no separate cancel button anywhere else on Spitio.
How to cancel
- Go to Host → Subscription.
- Press Payment method & invoices. Stripe's billing portal opens.
- Follow the steps there to cancel your plan.
Read the details the portal shows you before you confirm.
What happens to your homes
When your subscription ends, your live homes are paused. They are not deleted: your listings, photos, prices and calendars stay saved, and each home is marked to come back.
While your homes are paused, they are off Spitio.
Coming back
Spitio is free only until your first booking, so a plan that ended doesn't go back to free. To come back, publish a home again: your plan starts again that day, for your live homes, and you see the amount before you confirm.
Only want to take one home off?
You don't need to cancel. Open the home from Host → Homes and press Pause this listing. Guests stop seeing it straight away, and it leaves your plan from your next billing date. The period you already paid is not refunded. To bring it back, press Put it back on Spitio.
