Spitio is a home rental platform made only for Greece. Every stay you find here is a real home, listed by the person who runs it, with its registration number (AMA) shown on the listing.
The name comes from spíti, the Greek word for home. The door in our logo is the one you’ll find on almost every island: arched, blue, and open.
No commission. Not from guests, not from hosts.
Most booking sites take a cut from every reservation, from the guest, the host, or both. Spitio doesn’t. Hosts pay a flat monthly subscription to list their homes, and we take 0% on bookings.

Spitio is built to support the people who run Greece’s homes: the family with two apartments in Plaka, the couple renting the old house on the island. Hosts keep the full price of every booking. Guests pay what the host asks.

Spitio is built by Pame Travel, a Greek travel company working in tourism and short-term rentals. We know Greek hosts, Greek homes and the guests who come to stay in them, and we built the platform we wanted to use ourselves.
