Reporting a message or listing

Reporting a listing
On the home's page, press Report this listing and choose a reason:
- Not a real home / scam
- Asks to pay outside Spitio
- Wrong or misleading details
- Something else
Reporting a conversation
In Messages, open the conversation and press Report a problem beside it. Choose a reason:
- Spam or scam
- Asked to pay outside Spitio
- Rude or unsafe
- Something else
For both, you can add a note under "Anything we should know (optional)", up to 800 characters. Then press Send report. You'll see "Thanks. Spitio will look into it."

What our team sees
The team sees only what was reported, never all your messages. For a conversation, that is the reported conversation. For a listing, it is that listing. Each report shows the reason, your note and your name.
Limits
You can report up to 10 listings or reviews a day. After that, the site asks you to write to info@spitio.com instead.
