Use Hosthub prices
Güncellendi: 4 Ekim 2026 · 2 dk okumaUnder each linked rental in Host → Settings → Connections, and at the top of the home's Pricing page, there is a switch, Use Hosthub prices. It comes on when you link the rental, if Hosthub's prices can be used. You can turn it off at any time, on either page.
What changes
While it is on, three things come from Hosthub for that home: the nightly price, the minimum stay for each check-in day and the nights closed in Hosthub. Spitio reads them about once an hour, and at once when you press Sync now (on the Hosthub card in Settings, or in the home's Hosthub row on the Calendar page).
- A night without a Hosthub price is closed on Spitio. It is never sold at another price.
- It only works for a rental priced in euros, with at least one price of €10 or more. Otherwise the switch stays off and says why.
- On the Pricing page the prices show as Hosthub sends them and can't be edited. Your own Spitio prices, seasons and weekend price are kept, not deleted.
Not imported from Hosthub
- the extra cost per person
- arrival and departure restrictions
- a maximum stay set per day
When one of these is set in Hosthub, the card says so.
What stays on Spitio
Discounts for longer stays, the home's default minimum and maximum stay, instant booking, the cleaning fee and taxes stay as you set them on Spitio. On nights where Hosthub sends no minimum stay, the home's own default applies.
Switching back
Turn the switch off, set the rental to Not linked or disconnect Hosthub, and the home goes straight back to its own Spitio prices.
