How the calendar syncs with Hosthub

Güncellendi: 4 Ekim 2026 · 2 dk okuma

Once a rental is linked, every booking and hold on it in Hosthub closes the same nights on Spitio. It works for every channel Hosthub manages.

How often

  • Every 5 minutes Spitio reads what changed in Hosthub. Once a day it reads each rental's calendar in full.
  • Just before a guest pays on Spitio, it checks Hosthub once more, so a night booked elsewhere a minute ago isn't sold twice. If Hosthub doesn't answer within a few seconds, the payment goes ahead with the calendar Spitio already has.
  • Sync now reads Hosthub at once. It is on the Hosthub card in Settings and in the home's Hosthub row on the Calendar page.

Bookings are read from 30 days ago up to about two years ahead. A cancelled booking, or one you hide in Hosthub, opens its nights again on Spitio.

What you see on the Calendar page

  • At the top of Synced calendars there is a Hosthub row: when it last synced, how many reservations it brought in, and Sync now.
  • In the calendar, each booking from Hosthub is a bar named after its channel: blue for Booking.com, red for Airbnb, grey for other sites. A grey bar called Hosthub is a hold, or a booking Hosthub sent without a channel.
  • These nights can't be opened or blocked on Spitio: change them in Hosthub.

What Spitio keeps

Only the dates and the channel's name ("Airbnb"). The guest's name, e-mail, phone and notes are never copied to Spitio.

If Hosthub can't be read, Spitio keeps the dates it read last time, so nothing opens by mistake. The reason shows in red on the Hosthub card and in the Calendar row.

Spitio's own bookings come back from Hosthub too. Spitio recognises them and doesn't count them twice.
