Why do prices change from date to date?
Güncellendi: 25 Eylül 2026 · 2 dk okumaHow each night is priced
Every night is priced on its own, and your stay costs the sum of its nights. For each night, the price comes from the first of these that applies:
- A price the host set for that exact day.
- A season price, if the date falls inside one of the host's seasons.
- The home's base price.
On Friday and Saturday nights, the host can also add a weekend supplement, or take something off. This doesn't apply when the host set a price for that exact day.
What the colours mean
In the date picker, every free day shows its price. The colours compare each day with this home's own prices on the free days of the months on screen, not with other homes. The range from the cheapest to the dearest night is cut into thirds:
The legend shows the real range for each colour, for example "Lower €190–220". If the prices differ by less than 10%, there are no colours, and the legend says "Prices are about the same on every free day." The price is always written, so you never have to rely on colour alone.
Struck-through days are taken. The first taken day after free nights can still be your check-out day.
Cheaper dates
Once you pick your dates, the picker looks for the cheapest stay of the same length starting up to 14 days earlier or later. It only suggests one when all those nights are free and the change saves at least 10% and at least €50 on the nights. Press Show these dates to switch.
