Group stays: how it works

Güncellendi: 2 Ekim 2026 · 2 dk okuma

Travelling as a group? Some hosts on Spitio list a whole building: a residence with several homes from the same host. You can book one of its homes on its own, or two, three or all of them together, in one booking. Your friends and family stay together, each with their own front door, kitchen and bathroom.

1. Find a residence

In the search results a residence shows as one card with the badge Residence · N homes in the corner of the photo. You can also switch on the Group stays filter (the chip at the top of the results, or the tile in Filters) to see only buildings that take group bookings. Open the card to see the building, its shared spaces and every home in it.

2. Pick your homes

On the residence's page, add the homes you want: two, three or all of them. As you add them, the box on the right shows how many guests they sleep together and what the stay costs. Each home keeps its own price, so the total is simply the homes added up. One home no longer free on your dates can't be added; the others still can.

3. One payment

You pay once, for all the homes, and get one booking reference. Every home becomes its own booking under that reference, so if plans change you can cancel a single home and keep the rest. The host sees the whole group as one reservation and you share one conversation with them about all the homes.

Good to know

Refundable or non-refundableThe rate you choose at checkout applies to every home in the booking, with the same free-cancellation date for all of them.

Cancelling one homeCancel a single home from your booking page. Its refund follows the rate you chose; the other homes stay confirmed.

Door codesEach home has its own door code. They arrive 48 hours before check-in, one per home.

The building's full address, with a map link, is on your booking page and in your confirmation e-mail as soon as you have paid.
