Connecting Airbnb and Booking.com calendars (iCal)

If your home is also on Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform, connect the calendars both ways. Nights taken on one then close on the other, so nothing gets booked twice. It is all in the Synced calendars panel on Host → Calendar: pick the home at the top of the page. The Calendars card at the bottom of a home's Edit page only points you there; it has nothing to fill in.

Import their calendars

1. Find the export link on the other platform:
   • Airbnb: Calendar → Availability → Connect calendars → Export
   • Booking.com: Rates & Availability → Sync calendars → Export
2. On Spitio, under Synced calendars, press + Import a calendar and choose the Label: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google Calendar or Other.
3. Paste the link into Calendar link (.ics) and press Connect calendar.

You can connect up to 6 calendars per home. Each one shows its label, when it was last synced and how many bookings and blocks it brought in.

How often it updates

Spitio reads each connected calendar every 15 minutes. To update it straight away, press Sync now.

If a calendar can't be read, you see the reason, and the nights it brought in last time stay closed. After 3 failed reads in a row it gets a red Not syncing badge: check the link on the other platform.

Send your calendar to them

Under Export your Spitio calendar, press Copy. The link ends in .ics. Paste it where the other platform asks for a calendar to import:

• Airbnb: Availability → Connect calendars
• Booking.com: Rates & Availability → Sync calendars

Each platform reads it on its own schedule and closes the nights taken on Spitio. The link carries your confirmed bookings and the days you blocked, never guest details, and never dates imported from other calendars.
