What the Hosthub connection does

If you manage your homes in Hosthub, you can connect it to Spitio directly with an API key. Each Hosthub rental is linked to one Spitio home, and from then on the two keep each other up to date. You don't need an iCal link in either direction.

From Hosthub to Spitio

• Bookings and blocks from every channel. Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings and the dates you hold in Hosthub all close those nights on Spitio. Spitio reads them every 5 minutes.
• Prices, if you want them. With Use Hosthub prices on, the home's nightly price, the minimum stay for each check-in day and the nights closed in Hosthub come from Hosthub too. Spitio reads them every hour.

From Spitio to Hosthub

With Send Spitio bookings and blocked days to Hosthub on, every confirmed Spitio booking and every stretch of days you block on Spitio is written into your Hosthub calendar. Hosthub then closes those nights on your other channels.

What stays on Spitio

These are set on Spitio only and Hosthub never changes them:

• the cleaning fee and taxes
• discounts for weekly and monthly stays
• the home's default minimum and maximum stay
• instant booking and the cancellation policy
• photos, description, amenities and house rules

Where to start

Connect Spitio to Hosthub takes about five minutes. If you have used iCal links with Hosthub until now, remove them afterwards, so the same booking doesn't show twice.
