How to ask for a change

Changing the e-mail address on your account isn't something you can do yourself on the site yet. Instead, you ask our team by e-mail.

  1. Sign in and open Account.
  2. Next to Email, press Change.
  3. This opens a new e-mail to info@spitio.com, with the subject "Change my Spitio e-mail".
  4. Write the new address you'd like to use, and send it.

If the button doesn't open your e-mail app, write to info@spitio.com yourself with the same subject.

Write from your current address

Send your e-mail from the address your Spitio account uses now. That way the team can match your request to your account.

Your bookings and your e-mail

Your bookings are linked to your account through your e-mail address. When you book with the address your account uses, and that address is confirmed, the booking is attached to your account and shows in Trips.

The e-mails you already received keep their links to your booking pages. Those links work whether or not you are signed in.

Until the change is made, keep signing in with your current address. If you forget your password in the meantime, reset it with that address.
