How does Spitio's pricing work?Spitio is free until your first booking. Then you pay a flat monthly price per live home, before VAT, from €50 for the first home. No commission, no service fee for guests.Monthly or yearly - which plan should I choose?The monthly plan is billed every month. The yearly plan charges 10 months and gives you 12. Both are priced per live home, before VAT.VAT and your invoicesSubscription prices are shown before VAT, and 24% Greek VAT is added on top. Your invoices are in Host → Subscription, ready to download as PDFs.What happens if my subscription payment fails?If a subscription payment fails, your live homes stay live for 7 days. After that they pause until the plan is paid, then come back by themselves.Cancelling your subscriptionYou cancel your subscription through Stripe's billing portal. When it ends, your live homes are paused, not deleted, and can go live again later.
