Accepting or declining a booking requestWhen instant booking is off, guests send a request and you accept or decline it in Host → Reservations. Nothing is charged until you accept.Messaging your guestsGuests write to you on Spitio and you answer in Host → Messages. Contact details stay hidden until a booking is confirmed. Saved replies save you time.Cancelling a reservation as a hostYou can cancel a confirmed reservation from Host → Reservations until the stay has ended. The guest always gets 100% of what they paid back.Reviewing your guestsAfter each stay you have 14 days to review your guest in Host → Reviews. Your review is never public; other hosts see it only when that guest asks to book.Proposing a change to a guestOffer a guest other dates, another number of guests or another of your homes. Nothing changes until the guest accepts. Guests can ask you for changes too.
