Can I cancel after check-in?

When the check-in time passes

The check-in time is 15:00 Greek time on your check-in day, unless the listing says otherwise. From that moment, a stay can't be cancelled on the site.

The Cancel stay button disappears from your booking page and from Trips. If you still try, the site answers: "After the check-in time a stay can't be cancelled on the site. Please write to the host."

What you can do instead

Write to your host in Messages. Explain what has happened and what you'd like to do. You need to be signed in. Use the e-mail you booked with, so your booking and your conversation with the host are linked.

If your plans change before you arrive

Cancel on the site before the check-in time, so the usual rules apply:

Refundable, until 23:59 Greek time, 7 days before check-in100% of what you paid back.
Refundable, from then until the check-in time50% of what you paid back.
Non-refundable, any timeNo refund.
