How booking worksMost homes take a request that the host accepts or declines. Some homes confirm at once. You don't need an account to book.When do I pay, and is the price final?You pay the full amount by card once your stay is confirmed. Spitio charges guests no service fee, and the total at checkout is the full price.Why do prices change from date to date?Each night has its own price, set by the host. The date picker colours free days lower, average or higher, and may suggest cheaper dates nearby.Receipts for your stayYour payment e-mail and your booking page are your records of the stay. Your card statement shows the payment to the host's business.Changing the dates of a bookingAsk the host for new dates or a different number of guests from your booking page. Nothing changes until the host accepts, and they have 24 hours to answer.Group stays: how it worksResidences are buildings with several homes from the same host. Pick two, three or all of them and pay once; everyone stays together, each with their own front door.
