How does Spitio's pricing work?

Spitio is free until your first booking. After that, hosts pay a subscription for each home that is live. There is no commission on bookings, and guests pay no service fee. What a guest pays for a booking is yours, minus card fees.

The price per home

Prices are per home, per month, before VAT. Each extra home costs a little less:

• 1st home: €50
• 2nd home: €45
• 3rd home: €40
• 4th home: €35
• 5th home: €30
• 6th home and every one after: €25 each

So 3 homes cost €135 a month, 5 homes €200, 10 homes €325 and 11 homes €350. There is no limit on how many homes you list.

You only pay for homes that are live. Adding homes and keeping them as drafts is free.

How it compares

Airbnb takes about 15.5% of each booking as a host-only fee, and Booking.com 15% plus payment costs (their published rates, 2026). On Spitio you pay the flat price instead, however many bookings you get. The calculator on Pricing shows where the two cross.

When you start paying

Not until your first booking:

1. Add your homes and connect payouts on Payouts. Both are free.
2. On Subscription, choose monthly or yearly and save a card. Nothing is charged.
3. Press Publish free on each complete home. Guests can book it right away.
4. The day your first guest pays, your plan starts: we charge your saved card for the homes that are live that day. After that it renews monthly or yearly.

Once your plan runs, a home you publish is added for the days left in the period, and you see the amount before you confirm. If that first booking is later cancelled, your plan keeps running.
