Reporting a review

How to report a review

You need to be signed in. Then:

1. Open the home's page and find the review.
2. Press Report under it.
3. Choose a reason:
   • Fake or not about a real stay
   • Rude or hateful
   • Private details
   • Something else
4. Add a note under "Anything we should know (optional)", up to 800 characters.
5. Press Send report.

You'll see "Thanks. Spitio will look into it."

If you aren't signed in, the site asks you to sign in first.

What happens next

Spitio's team looks into each report. The team sees your name, your reason and note, and the review you reported.

If a review shouldn't be there, the team can hide it from every public page.

Good to know

• Reviews can't be edited once they are submitted, by guests or hosts.
• After a guest's review is published, the host can post one public reply to it.
• You can send up to 10 reports a day. After that, write to info@spitio.com.
