Monthly or yearly - which plan should I choose?

Spitio has one plan, priced per home. You choose whether to pay for it every month or once a year. The price per home follows the same ladder either way; the yearly plan simply charges fewer months.

Monthly

You are billed every month, and you can cancel any time. This suits you if you'd rather not commit to a full year.

Yearly

You pay for 10 months and host for 12, so you get 2 months free. It is charged once a year.

Examples

All prices are before VAT:

1 home: €50 a month, or €500 a year
3 homes: €135 a month, or €1,350 a year
5 homes: €200 a month, or €2,000 a year
10 homes: €325 a month, or €3,250 a year

How to choose

Go to Host → Subscription and save a card with Save card · monthly or Save card · yearly. You save it through Stripe, Spitio's payment provider, and nothing is charged. Until your first booking you can change your choice with Switch to yearly or Switch to monthly, for free. Your plan starts, with the interval you chose, the day your first guest pays.

Switching between monthly and yearly

Before your plan starts, the switch is immediate and free. Once it runs, press Switch to yearly (or Switch to monthly) on Host → Subscription. You see the new amount before you confirm. The switch takes effect from your next billing date; until then your current plan runs as paid.

Before your first booking, publishing is free. Once your plan runs, publishing a home adds it straight away: you pay now for the rest of the current period, and you see the amount before you confirm. Pausing a home takes it off your plan from the next billing date; the period already paid is not refunded.
