Setting base, weekend and season prices
Updated 27 September 2026 · 2 min readEvery night of your home has its own price. You set the rules once in Host → Pricing, and Spitio works out each night from them. If you have more than one home, pick the home at the top of the page first.
The price rules
Under Price rules you'll find three settings:
- Standard price: what every night costs unless another rule applies, between €10 and €100,000.
- Weekend (Fri & Sat): an amount added to Friday and Saturday nights. It can be negative if you want weekends to be cheaper. Leave it empty or 0 for no weekend supplement.
- Seasons: press + Add a season and give it a name (up to 40 characters), a first night, a last night and a price per night. A season can be up to a year long. Where two seasons overlap, the one added last wins.
Prices for single days
Click a day on the Price calendar, or drag across several. Type a Price per night and press Save price. A day's own price beats seasons and the weekend supplement. These days are marked "Own price for that day" in the legend.
To go back to your rules, select the days and press Use standard.
A new price only applies to future bookings. Stays that are already booked keep the price the guest booked at.
Minimum and maximum stay
Under Stay length you set the Default minimum number of nights for every day, and a Maximum. To ask for a longer minimum on some days (a holiday weekend, say), select them on the price calendar and type a Minimum stay next to the price. The minimum that counts is the one of the guest's check-in day. Days with a minimum of their own show it in bold.
Guests can't book a shorter or longer stay: the Book button stays off and they see why, for example "Minimum stay from 24 Oct: 3 nights".
Discounts for longer stays
On the same page, under Longer stays, you can take a percentage off the nights:
- Weekly discount: from 7 nights, up to 50%
- Monthly discount: from 28 nights, up to 70%
When both apply, the monthly one wins. Leave a field empty for no discount.
