Why can't I see the exact address yet?

Before you book

A listing's map shows a circle of about 300 m, not a pin. The home is somewhere inside the circle. The town and region are shown, and the exact address comes with your booking. Until then, Spitio never shows it.

Once your booking is confirmed

Open your conversation with the host in Messages. Beside it, the For your stay panel shows:

  • Exact address: the street address, postcode and town
  • the host's phone, or "Not given" if the host hasn't added one
  • the host's e-mail
  • Check-in details: ask the host in the conversation

Before the booking is confirmed, the same panel reads Unlocked after booking. You need to be signed in to use Messages. If you booked without an account, sign in or create one with the same e-mail you booked with.

Arrival details

The host sends the address and arrival details before check-in. Anything else you need, such as how to get in or where to park, ask in Messages.

The check-in time is 15:00 Greek time unless the listing says otherwise. If you expect to arrive much later or earlier, tell your host in good time.

Save the exact address somewhere you can reach it offline before you travel. It helps with taxis, directions and, if you ever need them, the emergency services.
