Refundable or non-refundable - which should I choose?

Every home on Spitio offers the same two rates. Hosts don't set their own cancellation rules. You pick a rate at checkout, and the total you see there is the full price of the stay.

Refundable

Until 23:59 Greek time, 7 days before check-inYou get 100% back.
From then until the check-in timeYou get 50% of what you paid back.

For a check-in on 12 October, free cancellation runs until 5 October at 23:59 Greek time. The check-in time is 15:00 unless the listing says otherwise. After that, a stay can't be cancelled on the site.

Non-refundable

Any time10% off the nights. No refund if you cancel.

The 10% comes off the nights only, not the cleaning fee.

Which one is right for me?

If your plans might change, choose Refundable. If your dates are fixed, Non-refundable saves you 10% on the nights.

Refunds are worked out on the total you paid - nights, cleaning fee and taxes - and rounded down to the cent. For example, 50% of €1,325.00 is €662.50.

Your booking keeps the rules that applied on the day you booked. A later change to the policy never affects it.

If the host cancels, you always get 100% back, whichever rate you chose.
