Why guests see coloured days on your calendar
Güncellendi: 25 Eylül 2026 · 1 dk okumaWhen a guest picks dates on your listing, every free day shows its price. The days are also coloured, to show how each price compares with your home's other nights. The colours only compare your own prices, never other homes.
How the colours work
Spitio looks at the free days in the months the guest has on screen. It takes the range from your cheapest to your dearest night and cuts it into three equal parts.
The legend shows the real range for each colour, for example "Lower €190–220". If your prices differ by less than 10%, there are no colours, and the guest sees "Prices are about the same on every free day." Booked nights are struck through.
The price is always written on the day, so colour is never the only signal.
What it means for you
Your seasons and weekend supplements show up as colours. A high season looks clay next to cheaper months on the same screen, and Friday and Saturday nights may stand out if your supplement is large.
Guests may also be offered cheaper dates. The calendar looks for a stay of the same length that starts up to 14 days before or after the chosen check-in. If it saves at least 10% and at least €50 on the nights, the guest sees a "Save €X by staying … instead" hint with a Show these dates button.
Changing what guests see
The colours follow your prices automatically. To change them, change your prices in Host → Pricing. See Setting base, weekend and season prices.
