VAT and your invoices

What that means in euros
For one home on the monthly plan, you pay €50 plus €12 VAT, so €62 a month. On the yearly plan, it is €500 plus €120 VAT, so €620 a year.
For 3 homes, the monthly plan is €135 plus €32.40 VAT, so €167.40 a month.
Nothing is charged before your first booking, so your first invoice comes that day, for the homes live then.
Once your plan runs, when you publish a home during a billing period, you pay for the rest of that period straight away. That payment gets its own invoice, with VAT shown.
Where to find your invoices
Go to Host → Subscription and scroll down to Invoices. You see your last 24 invoices, with the date, invoice number, VAT, total and status. Press PDF to download one, or View to open it.
Each payment gives an invoice with VAT shown, ready to download as a PDF for your accountant.
Your card and billing details
On the same page, press Payment method & invoices. It opens Stripe's billing portal, where you manage your card, your plan and your invoices. Stripe is Spitio's payment provider.
